Born and raised in Buckhead, Atlanta, Roch spent his early years gaining valuable experience as a sales rep for Onity. Working his way up to become Director of National accounts, where he finished up after 17 loyal years. After marrying DeSales in 1998, they spent the next couple of years living in the booming Buckhead area of Atlanta, before making the move to Peachtree City to start their family.
Shortly after the move, Roch found his calling in the contractor world and began working for the Rossetti family business, RavIn Homes. This is where he spent the next 13 years gaining invaluable insight into renovating, repairing and building homes from the ground up. Roch gained his builder’s license in 2008, and used this, alongside his years of experience in sales, to propel the business and proudly provide homes to hundreds of families!
Roch’s natural progression into the Real Estate world ties the decades of experience he has in sales, with his vast knowledge and understanding of construction and renovation, and the costs related to these elements. He is a phenomenal resource for our agents, as well as the many clients he personally looks after, as his ability to simply “get things done” is second to none!
Roch has always been a firm believer in contributing to the community and giving back. In 2016, after two years of serving as Board Member and three years on the Executive Board, he was honored to become President of the Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia. Alongside this, Roch is also an proud member of the Optimist Club of Peachtree City, which holds a special place in his heart. Various other volunteering acts include coaching Peachtree City Rec League Softball for 3 years, announcing for the 2019 McIntosh Varsity Girls Lacrosse team and putting his construction skills to use building the set for McIntosh High School Chorus “Spring Gala 2019”.
When asked “What do you think your super power is?”, his answer was simple - “Making decisions”. Roch’s ability to analyze a situation, take into account what the clients’ needs and wants are, alongside whether or not this would be a good investment for them, allows him to offer honest, clear-cut advice on each situation that presents itself. In the real estate world - this is a blessing, as (lets face it) we struggle with our lunch order daily!
Above all, Roch is a team player by every definition of the word. He strives to provide a solution to problems when asked, and has a genuine want to help others. In all of his spare time (if there’s such a thing!), he enjoys a little gardening and tending to his prize winning tomatoes. When he’s not in the garden, you can often spot him traveling with his family, boating or grilling on his Big Green Eggs.
